We offer a ‘collect from the shop’ option for local customers in the Morecambe area. If you have selected this option at the checkout you will be notified when your order is ready to collect along with the shop opening times.

Please bring the payment card you used and a form of ID when you pick up your order.

Exchanges or Returns:

Shop sales: We can offer to exchange or issue store credit for unused, undamaged goods within 14 days of receipt that have been purchased in our Morecambe shop. We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases unless the item is faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging.
